NET stands for National Eligiblity Test and this examination is Conducted by UGC, Twice in a year and the examination is Conducted in June and December every year, to apply for this examination you have to complete your Post graduate degree course with Minimum 55% marks form a recognised University, Final year candidates are also eligible for this examination.

The June 2011 NET Examination was already completed and December NET Examination will be held on 24/Dec/2011. If you have already applied for this examination then please prepare well for this examination as per the given Mentioned syllabus.

Here I am also Uploading some few NET Computer science paper. So please check the paper and keep practice.

There are 3 papers in NET Examination and all are conducted in same day in 2 session, the first 2 paper is Objective and last paper is Descriptive and you have to choose the subject in NET on the basis of Post Graduation. NET stands for National Eligibility Test. NET exam conducted by the University Grant Commission.

This exam will conducted for the award of Junior Research Fellowship(JRF) and lso for eligibility into Lectureship.

Eligibility:


You should have to complete the Post Graduation from any recognized University.

You should have to score a min of 55% of marks in their Post Graduation course in order to be eligible for this exam.

Relaxation is there in percent of marks upto 5% for tech candidates of sc\st category.

There is no upper age limit for the candidate Lectureship.

But for JRF Candidates the age limit is between 19 to 28 years.

There are two types of Exams in which you can appear through NET(National Eligibility Test).This Exam is conducted by UGC.

These two Exams are:-
1)Junior Fellowship.
2)Lecturer-ship.

In order to appear in this Exam,you willrequire the following Eligibility:-

>>Your minimum marks in MCA should be 55% without Rounding.
>>If you belong from the SC/ST/BC then your minimum marks should be 50%.
>>Your degree should be Approved from the AICTE.
>>If you have completed your MCA from Distance Mode,then your degree should be approved from the DEC(Distance Educational Council).

Age:-

>>If your applying for the junior Fellowship then your age should not be above 28 years.

>>If you are applying for the Lectureship then there is no age limit.


Syllabus:-

Paper 1 :-It will contain 60 questions.You will have to attempt only 50.
Total marks of this exam will be 100.
Total time duration for this exam will be 1 hours and 20 minutes.

Paper 2 :-It will contain 50 questions.All questions are compulsory.
Total marks of this exam will be 100.
Total time duration for this exam will be 1 hours and 20 minutes.

Paper 3 :-It will contain 75 questions.All questions are compulsory.
Total marks of this exam will be 150.
Total time duration for this exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
