When To Get NDA Exam Forms

Candidates appearing for the NDA (National Defence Academy) must have the following minimum qualifications :-

>> The candidate must be in the age limit of 16.5-19 years as on 1st July of the year of the exam..

>> The candidate must have cleared 12th from a recognized board (with Science for Navy or Air Force)

You must also adhere to some physical requirements which I have attached in the attachments..

The exam is conducted in 2 phases..

The 1st exam tests your general aptitude, current affairs and general knowledge..

The 2nd exam tests your basic knowledge of English,Maths and Science..

I have also attached some question papers so that you get acquainted to the type of questions asked and the pattern of the examination..

The forms for the NDA2 exam shall be available from 5th May,2012 and the last date for receiving the application forms is 4th June,2012..

The exam shall be conducted on 19th August,2012..

NDA(National Defence Academy) exam which is conducted by the UPSC two times in every year.

NDA exam is conducting three various wings

Indian army,
Indian navy,
Indian airforce.

Eligibility criteria;

To be eligible for this exam you need to complete +2 from any recognised state board of india.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Physically fit and should be a citizen of india.

Age limit should be in between 16.5years to 19years.

Important dates for upcoming NDA exam:

go to internet and enter this web address and click go,
after entered address click apply NDA option and enter your details,
fill your personal detail in application and fee pay via debit card or challan,
if you pay via debt card so direct process to enter bank name, money and submit.
if you want pay via bank so get dd and pay at bank and re open that site and procede, fill dd number and click submit.

NDA 2012 Eligibility Criteria

For Army wing of National Defense Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a university.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defense Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a state education board or a university.

Application Procedure for NDA 2012
Candidates may apply online using the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in/.

Candidates can also apply offline in the common application form devised by the commission for its examinations which can be processed on computerized machines.

NDA & NA Paper Pattern

The entrance exam paper consists of objective type questions. The duration of both the subjects of Mathematics and General Ability Test is two and half hours. The candidates are not allowed to use calculator or mathematical table for answering objective type papers.

UPSC conduct the NDA exam twice in year for three wings of nda ---

Airforce,Army,Navy & Navel Academy.

To appear for nda exam you must have passed 12th class with around 55% aggregate from a recognized college with Physics, mathematics, and Chemistry.final year students in 12th class are also eligible to apply NDA.

you should not born earlier than 2nd january,1994 and not later than 1st july 1996
