NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year. One can join into
-Army wing
-Naval wing
-Air Force wing by cracking this NDA Exam.

For this academic year, both the NDA Exams were over. Again this NDA Exam is going to be conducted twice in the next academic year.

Here are the important dates for the NDA I Exam for the next academic year.

Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 30-01-2012
Date of commencement of NDA Exam : 15-04-2012

The application form for the upcoming NDA exam will be available from 31-12-2011.
The examination is supposed to be conducted on 15-04-2012.
The application forms will be available at designated post offices and head post offices throughout the country.

When to get forms for NDA I Exam?

NDA stands for National Defence Academy exam and is conducted twice a year by upsc .

The latest updates about NDA-I are as follows :

• Date of availability of form - From 31st december 2011.
  
• Last date of receipt of completed application form -3oth january 2012
  
• Date of commencement of NDA-I exam- 15th April 2012

Date For Availability of NDA 1 forms

The NDA 1 forms shall be available in the month of January and the exam shall take place in the month of April..

You can buy the forms from your nearest book depot..

Eligibility for NDA

1) You should be a 12th pass-out (with PCM as your subjects if you want to join Air Force and Navy)

2) You should be within the age limit of 16.5-19 years

Apart from these you should be physically fit and should have a perfect eyesight of 6/6

Exam Pattern :-

The written exam consists of :-

Maths which will be a 300 marks objective paper for 150 minutes..

General Ability which will have Part A which will test English skills and Part B will test General Knowledge,Current Affairs,etc..
This will be a 600 marks paper and you will get only 150 minutes to answer the paper..

NDA - Stands for National Defence Academy


This examination is conducted by the Union public service commission (UPSC) twice in a year.

As my knowledge there are some basic and important eligibility criteria are described below-

AGE: - Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

NOTE: - Only unmarried males are eligible.

Educational Qualification : - candidates must passed 10+12th with Physics and Maths and have to minimal 60% in 10th.

NOTE : - Candidates must be physically and medically fit for the NDA test.
