I am b.tech third year student from ece branch .I want to do summer training during june so just suggest me from where i can do summer training.

i would suggest you to do the training from NPL delhi..till last year it offered summer training but may be from this year it will be a 6 months training.. i am not sure.. you can go for iits , or delhi university,jamia milia ...

you can do the summer training from BSNL,DRDO,ISRO, and even many private firms like that of the IBM , WIPRO, INFOSYS,TCS as being a ECE student you are even eligible to sit for the campus in the sofware companies.........
even you can take up the course or training of VLSI fron good firms........

I am interested to specialize in VLSI, High Power Microwave, Radio Frequencies, Embedded Technology. I aspire to undergo Summer Training /Internship in any one or more subjects from reputed Organisations like CSIR Labs, DRDO Labs, Nokia-Siemens Network, BEL, ECIL, BSNL, Delhi Metro Railway etc. Kindly suggest which one would be the appropriate institute for training and procedure for application.

Your percentage quite good and you can get appropriate scholarship for that you have to contact your college DU for details about different scholarship programs.
You can also approach local government offices for finding the different scholarship schemes.
There are many schemes at district level and zone level from which you can benefit.
