Yes, of course you can get a job after completing MBA through distance mode. Since, you have done MBA through distance mode, so the job opportunity in MNC company is less. However, if you already have work experience in concerned field, then you may get a job based on your experience in reputed companies. However, you can register with job portals such as, Naukri.com,, Timesjobs.com etc. You can get instant mail regarding current job.

Definitely you can get job after completing post graduation degree in MBA through distance mode.You can apply in private companies for the position of HR.You can also update your CV in Naukri.com, Timesjob.com, Sea careers .com, Shine.com .You can also open your own consultancy business.
If you want to get job in Govt. sector then i would like to suggest you that you must have to apply for IBPS PO exam, SSC exam, UPSC etc.
