I would like to know, where all to study from, for Xaviers institute of Communication, Mumbai. Could not find any material online. Pattern of the paper is also not known.

The pattern for the test will be the same as in other leading institutes such as The Delhi School of Communication and MICA. Do check on your GK, basic knowledge of Advertising and PR.

the following courses are conducted by XIC

Journalism & Mass Communication
Advertising & Marketing Communication
Public Relations & Corporate Communication
Film, Television and Digital Video Production
Mass Communication Marathi

The online entrance test divided into two parts:

OBJECTIVE
It contain 6 sub-sections with questions based on Language Skills, Knowledge about Media and General Knowledge.

SUBJECTIVE
It consisit of 3 questions requiring essay type answers / responses.
a COURSE SPECIFIC topic
The other two will be Media related, to elicit your views on social, political or other issues and also to help us perceive your creative skills.

what kind of media knowledge is required for this exam???
