Hello Sir, I'm Preparing for TNPSC Group1 Examination i like to join ACP post so i need to know about physical fitness... So kindly give me the information..

Physical fitness requirement for Assistant Commissioner of Tamilnadu

Men should have a minimum height of 165 cm and the women should have a minimum height of 155 CM.

Men should have a minimum of 85cm round the chest on full inspiration and 5cm minimum chest expansion.

Chest measurement does not apply to women.

The physical fitness mainly comprises of
Height
For sc/st 165 cm
For OBC 160 cm
For females 150 cm

Eyesight
6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye
Females 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye
Chest
Minimum 84 cm
Expansion 5cm
Female 79cm

These are for male/females candidates.
