Yes, you are eligible to get the job after the medical background but first you need to complete your graduation.
The eligibility to get the banking jobs such as of Clerk and PO is :- * Candidate must have passed the graduation from the recognised university. * Candidate age must be between 19-28 years and three years relaxation for the 0BC, five for the SC/ST. The examination is conducted by the IBPS and the SBI. The examination is conducted in the written as well as interview. The candidate need to qualify in all the test for the final selection in the banking jobs. The application for the 2015 is available now for the IBPS PO. You must apply for the Banking Examinations online when the forms are released.
Once you apply then there will be test conducted followed by Interview and once you are able to crack the Interview you will be eligible for the Banking Job. The only requirement that is there is that you must be a Graduate and if you are a Graduate then there is no problem in getting the Banking Job once you prepare yourself for the Examination and the Interview that is to follow. |

To get a job in Banking Sector after completion of your Graduation in Medical stream, you need to appear in Bank examinations like SBI PO exam, IBPS exam, etc. by satisfying the below mentioned eligibility criteria :-
Eligibility:-(for most of the bank exams) 1. Candidate should have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized institute. 2. Candidates age should be above 21 years and below 30 years. whereas candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible for age relaxation. |

Yes you can apply for Banking Industry with Medical back ground but it will take some more time to crack the examination. Since you were very strong in Medical back ground where as Banking Industry is completely with Maths based Sector.
So you need to put some more hard work compared to Maths back ground people. But definitely there is a chance to get good job in banking sector. You belongs from medical Background it is not an issue to go towards Banking. There are so many Entrance exam conducted by Banks for their different posts. You are very well eligible for PO post.
