Respected Sir,
How I can apply for an internship in Tata Steel as I Belong to Information Technology specialization pursuing in 3rd year. Please help me regarding this.

Getting internship opportunity in TATA Steel is very tough. This is because :-

- TATA Steel has a tie-up with certain institutes where it goes for on campus drive to recruit interns.

- TATA Steel recruits interns from the Tier-I institutes of the country which include top IITs and NITs.

However, you can get internship opportunity if you have good contact with any of the high ranking officials and apply for internship with his reference. Otherwise you can write to the HR department of TATA Steel of concerned branch for the same.

** As per your branch you don't have any scope in TATA steel.It will not provide any kind of benefit to your career.
** Training or internship is the part of the syllabus in Engineering studies so that the students can see all the concept of the theoretical subject in the practical manner.
** TATA Steel deals with the mechanical concept.It is betting to do training in your own field such as IT Industry.
** Some of the IT Industry where you can do training is-

1-TCS.
2-HCL.
3-NIIT.
4-BSNL.

** For this you have to go through there office and take the application form for the industrial training and fill it and submit with the NOC Certificate which you will get in your college.
