Can a 29yr women apply for PhD now after completing Mtech in embedded systems and procedures?

The required minimum qualification for admission to a Ph. D Program shall normally be a two years Master's OR M. Phil Degree from any accredited Indian or Foreign University in the relevant field. She/he must have obtained 55% marks or Equivalent Grade in the Master's degree.

Can a 29 years apply for Ph.D. now after completing Mtech in embedded systems?

There is no age bar to pursue this course in India. So, the candidate is eligible to pursue Ph.D after completing Mtech in embedded systems.
The duration of the course is three years in India.

Entrance exams are NET, GATE, etc.

After completion of masters in Embedded systems , one can go for research work.
Now the place from where you persue your research is of great concern.
Scope is always there if you do well.

You must do your pre PhD work before selection of university and guide so that after getting admission , the pace of work do not suffer and you complete it earlier.
The gae is not a barrier for PhD, one has to be eligible for admission.
