What is the eligibility criteria followed for PhD admission?
I secured 53% in MA(Pub Admn)
and 63% in MPhil (Pub Admn) Which Universities offer to my above qualification for PhD? Can you give me the complete details on this? Awaiting for a quicker response to proceed further. suresh |
