Respected sir,
DST has declared that the student who cleared CSIR (LS) will get fellowship
if He/She will enroll for Phd. sir I want to know that who will give the fellowship .....means DST or CSIR or UGC or the institute where student will work?
please sir give answer to my question

HRD Ministry is responsible for giving fellowship to Ph.D scholars during their research work. Those who have qualified CSIR NET are entitled to get fellowship during their research work.

After getting admission you can contact the college head for further procedure or you can directly contact the HRD ministry.
