Currently I'm in B.Tech information technology 2nd year.. I want to know can i do M.Tech in electronics subjects like M.Tech in Embedded systems or M.Tech vlsi?
Can you please tell me which mtech i can do after btech IT ?

Yes, B.Tech in IT candidates are eligible for M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded System.

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech in IT/ CSE/ ECE/ Electrical Engineering departments from a recognized University are eligible for M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded System.

But you must have valid GATE score card.
