It all depends on your choice and interest. If you want to study your conventional field which is IT then you should go with M.Tech IT but you must make sure you get admission in a reputed colleges after qualifying exams like GATE. If you have GATE score then you will get stipend plus admission in a good college.

If you want to get admission in MBA then you should try to get admission in a reputed college which is only possible when you have got a excellent score in CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT. Therefore, your aim should be to get admission in a good college and also you should give importance to your interests.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
