I am from Tamil Nadu i had completed my 12th and i got 90.4% in matric syllabus.

Yes, you can definitely get scholarship for higher studies after scoring 90.4% in your 12th standard. CBSE, MHRD and many other organizations provide scholarships. With this percentage you are eligible for CBSE and MHRD scholarships whose detailed descriptions have been attached. Other scholarships depend on the course you enroll after your 12th.
