I am an MBA in HR. I have joined an MNC company last year.I anyhow cannot attend college but since LLB is a degree which is given value only if it is achieved through college.all the necessary joining letters and company proof can be signed by the top Mangement for the proof to conclude i am working due to which college attendence is not atall possible.please let me know what best can be done.

Maximum college has rule of 75% attendance.
75% is the minimum criteria to appear in exams.
Those who fail to maintain such attendance are not allowed to sit in exam
But if some one has genuine reason , they can give that in writing to the principal or concerned person.
Those who attain good marks in their exam are given grace, so try to achieve marks of not able to attend class.
Thus college attendance is mandatory.

For MBA institute requires of every candidates regular attendance during all class sessions.

75%attendance is compulsory.

Since, you have joined an MNC company and are unable to attend college for pursuing MBA degree course on a regular basis so you should look to pursue the same degree course in distance mode or online mode from a recognized university as MBA degree course in distance mode from a recognized university is valid, unlike an LLB degree course which is required to be pursued in regular mode of education.

The institute requires punctuality and regular attendance during all class sessions from every student, inculcating a sense of duty and personal responsibility as an important part of a manager's training. Absence in class may mean loss of internal marks.
