How many times a student can appear in CAT examination? Please reply soon.

Number of Attempts available in CAT Examination:

I am very happy to say that, there is no certain limit on the number of times (Number of attempts) that a candidate can sit for Common Admission Test (CAT) Exam. So a student can appear in CAT Examination as many times as possible till he/ she gets a seat in a reputed university.

<> Number of Attempts - There is NO certain Limit

<> Minimum Percentage Required in Graduation - Minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.

<> Age Criteria - There is no minimum or maximum age limit in order to appear in CAT Exam.

CAT stands for Common Admission Test. CAT examination is conducted by IIM's every year for admission in IIM and top level MBA colleges.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university with above 50% marks are eligible for CAT exam. For SC/ST candidates the percentage is 45 % in graduation. There is no age limitation for the candidates. Final year student are also eligible for CAT exam. You can apply here maximum times.

Pattern for CAT exam:-

1.Data Interpretation.
2.Quantitative Aptitude.
3.Logical Reasoning.
4.Verbal Ability.
