MBA holder without Math background can apply for Actuary Common Entrance Exam?


Hi, I have done my PGDM, but i don't have any mathematical background can i apply for actuarial common entrance examination?

Yes of course you are eligible for Actuary Common Entrance Exam after completing MBA course. Mathematics is not mandatory to appear in the Actuary Common Entrance Exam.

Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET). This exam is conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India.

Actuary Common Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria: -
  • Candidates must have passed HSC exam from any recognized Board or candidates appearing in 12th may also -apply.
  • No requirement for the minimum percentage of scores in the qualifying examination
  • Candidates must have studied English as a main subject in 12th standard.
