Re: Can I enter into NDA if lost my virginity?
First of the most important point is that only unmarried male candidates can apply for NDA examination, which is conducted by UPSC two times in a year.
Girls are not eligible for NDA examination and they have to complete graduation, then they can apply for CDS examination which is also conducted by UPSC. As far as virginity is concerned, I think there is no such rule that only virgin candidates will be eligible for this exam. The only candidates which are not accepted in NDA are married candidates. Only unmarried males can apply fro NDA exam. The age required for NDA is 16.5 to 19 years. Therefore, if you are a male candidates and have the 10+2 qualification with the required age, then apply for NDA examination without worrying about your virginity. |

Re: Can I enter into NDA if lost my virginity?
If you are a married male candidate, then, you are not eligible to appear for the NDA examination because you cannot satisfy the eligibility criteria required to appear for the NDA examination as mentioned by the UPSC. Following is the eligibility criteria required to appear for the NDA examination :-
1. Nationality :- You must be a citizen of India. 2. Gender :- You must be a Male candidate. 3. Martial Status :- You must be an Unmarried Male Candidate. 4. Educational Qualification :- You must have completed 12th or equivalent from a recognised board. 5. Age Limit :- You must have attained the age of 16 1/2 years and must not have attained the age of 19 years. 6. Physical Requirements :- You must be Physically and Mentally fit. Selection Procedure :- 1.Written Test 2.Personal Interview Since, if you are a married male candidate and if you have lost your virginity after marriage, then, you are not able to satisfy the above mentioned eligibility criteria (Martial Status), you are not eligible to appear for the NDA examination. Since, if you are a male candidate and if you have lost your virginity without marrying, then, you can appear for the NDA examination because the UPSC does not mention anything about virginity and it has mentioned that only Unmarried male candidates are eligible to appear for the NDA exam. |

The virginity of a candidate is not a criterion for eligibility to join the NDA. The eligibility criteria for NDA include age, educational qualifications, and physical standards.

Re: Can I enter into NDA if lost my virginity?
According to the NDA notification, there isn't any clause related to the virginity of a candidate. If there is nothing written about virginity then surely it will not have any impact on your candidature. Just make sure you fulfill the age, education, and physical fitness criteria for NDA.
Also, there ome a list of diseases and physical conditions such as varicose veins, which are not allowed in the Indian Army. You need to make sure that you don't fall into such a category because in the end such candidates are rejected during medical tests. |
