Sir, I have passed 9th of CBSE Board around 4 years ago. After that I got some family problems and I had to quit my study. Now, my condition is favourable to join education. So, I want to know that I can apply for 10th and 12th both from NIOS? If yes, then after 12th I am eligible to give NEET-UG?

Yes candidates are eligible to give NEET provided , they will be atleast 17 years on DECEMBER 31st. And secure minimum aggregate required against their category..

Yes ,you will be able to join the NIOS board if you have failed in your 9 standard but as you have cleared your 9 you must take admission in regular school and pass your 10 standard
You will have to take science in 11 standard and 12 standard and the compulsory subjects will be physics , chemistry and biology
After scoring 50% in 12 you will be able to appear for the NEET enterance exam for Admission to MBBS ,BDS BHMS, BAMS
