Rural school education certificate 8th or 10th which we require for medical officer interview in health dept. panjab ,is to be obtained.Which is the proper authority to issue it.

Normally, there is no such Medical Officer interview is required for Rural school education certificate of 8th or 10th. However, If it is needed then you can get it by visiting the Government hospital which is near to your Home. The Government hospital doctor will issue Medical certificate regarding your health.
