Hello Sir, I have passed 10th Class in year 2015 and secured 73% marks. I am studying 2nd year of Science now. Please tell me that which subject to choose after 12th Science to become a DCP.

It's nice to see that you are interested to become a Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP). If you want to become a DCP, then you can choose arts stream as a minor. Secondly, try to appear and qualify in the Civil Service exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission every twice in a year. Apart from that my person suggestion would be chose History and Fine arts subject at Graduation level will help you to qualify in the Civil Service exam with good marks.

Eligibility Criteria:

- The candidate must complete Graduation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

- The candidate age should be in between 21 years to 32 years and relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates. 3 years for OBC category candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
