Dear Sir,

I have done my 10th in 1980. Now I am 50 yrs old. Can I go for graduation? From which college? I stay in Mumbai. What is the procedure I need to follow? Which college i can apply? Can someone please provide me the information soon?

I would like to tell you one thing that if you want to do your graduation then you must complete your class 12th first, then only you are eligible for the graduation degree, but as you have crossed your age limit so you will not be able to go further with your studies as 50 years is a very big age so you can't go for class 12th also as well as you can't go for your graduation also.

Sorry that you are not eligible to apply for Graduation through both the regular and distance mode after completing 10th standard. You need to complete the 12th standard from a recognized to be eligible to apply for Graduation. Since, you have already reached 50 years, so there is no options for you to complete the 12th standard. However, if you are much interested to learn Graduation then I suggest you to apply for some private tutorial college, which offers Graduation after 10th standard. But, there is no value by doing Graduation through such private tutorial college, So, please make sure once before applying for Graduation through such private Institutions.

Well,yes there are very few courses which you can do with 10th qualification after 20 years of gap.

Some Universities like Dr.B.R.Ambedkar University etc,.. will offer you some of the graduation with any qualification.

But you have to do the graduation course in distance but not as regular.

Distance education is also similar to the regular but there is no need to go for college daily and appear for classes,Just you have to appear for the exams.

So it will be a great opportunity to you to complete your graduation course now in distance.

If you want to do regular degree from recognized university then you have to complete your 12th equivalent like diploma and then you have to complete your graduation course.

Doing Graduation, first of all, you will have to pass 12th class, then after you can do graduation.

But, if your age is not more than 500 years then it might be a possibility to do graduation. but after 50, you cannot do graduation course.

If, you are under 50 years then try once for doing graduation from any reputed university.

There is no age for learning, but you can't do graduation after 10th. You have to complete 12th first than go for graduation.
