The Company Secretary comprise of three stages:

Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program

If you are a graduate, you may directly enroll for the Executive Program which will be followed by the Professional Program.

Apart from qualifying all these stages, you will also have to complete a 15 months practical training prescribed by the ICSI.

The fee structure of the course are as follows:

Foundation Program- Rs.3600
Executive Program:
For Commerce graduates, the fee will be Rs.7000
For Non-Commerce graduates, the fee will be Rs.7750

CS Stands for Company Secretary. CS Exam is Conduct by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India).

There are Three Stages for CS -

1. Foundation Course
2. Intermediate Course
3. Final Course.

Required Qualifications:


Foundation -
you have to Complete 10+2 for Appearing in Foundation Course.

Intermediate -
just Complete Foundation course. if you are Graduated then you are Directly Eligible.

Final -
you must Complete Intermediate Course for Final Course.

Duration:

Foundation: 8 months
Intermediate: 12 months
Final: 15 months
