Admission in engineering college after passing 12th exam from Gujarat? Can I get admission in Hyderabad?


i am appearing for 12th exam in gujarat which is held by state govt.i want to get addmission in engg collage. can i get addmission in hydrabad? is eamcet is compulsary for outstate students also.how can i apply for hydrabad collages.

I have completed 10 2 with 81% and I not qualified to eamcet exam but I want to study b-tech with low fee
