I have completed M.A.in 2006 with 54.25%. can I give national eligibility test?if not. so suggest me another test which is as equivalent as NET,which I can give with 54.25%. tell me,can I get job of lecture in any college if I give this test which you will suggest me

yes after giving NET exam you will be able to get the job of a lecturer in colleges with a good salary and yes you are eligible

there are many benefits with this NET examination..for Ph.d..in top universities and it is also very useful for the persons who are interested to go for research side...

net is a perperdicular examination to promote students working with graduation to work with educational institutions.
they take a bias interview plus a criteria marks like you have to get a pass marks.
you then can apply for temporary vacancies in colleges and universities.

any hing..you can prepare..your miimum qualification in ph.d..i think.you know..and i prefer ph.d entrance rather than the NET exam..as it is not an easy task as we talk in words,it wil be competitive..if you are qualifeid ,,you can have a bright future...by net qualification certificate.i think,you can any top college or university for studying ph.d..good luck

Both the options i.e. ph.d and net are good and keep trying for both and see that you qualify for which earlier. It all depends on your caliber and hard work.
By qualifying Net with JRf you could go for research work

National Eligibility Test (NET) determine eligibility for lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals...for this you must have the 55% marks in your graduation.

But as you have said that you have only 54.25% marks in your graduation ,so you are not eligible for the exam,but you go for other alternative such as doing teacher's job in some good institution.

The after acquiring the experience you can go for better teacher jobs.All the best

hello friend there is a state eligibility test that is a alternative or you can say another choice of exam other than national eligibility test
