Bachelor of Alternative Medicine
Medicine is said to be one of the most important arena of the present society. The growing uses of medicines by the people and the growing carelessness towards their health have made medicine quite popular. That is the prime reason why so many experiments are being done in the field of medicine. Also many old methods and ways are reused with some modification in them. That is how the art of alternate medicines come in to play. Seeing the growing popularity of alternate medicines, various courses are being offered in this subject. One of which is Bachelor of Alternative medicine.
Under the course of bachelor of alternative medicine, the students are taught various ways of treating the diseases with various other means of medication. The various means here means those which does not involve the normal medicines. This course involves treatment through ayurveda, homeopathy or other herbs or shrubs, which can be helpful in any way.
One requires being at least 10 + 2 passed in order to be eligible for the course of Bachelor of Alternative medicine. The passing certificate should be of a well recognized institute or educational board of India. The candidate should also be having Science in their 10 + 2 level examinations.
Course Outlook:
The course duration of this course is generally 3 years. Some universities also offer this course with duration of 4 years.
Job prospects:
One can open their own clinic in order to serve the people. One can also join hands with various pharmaceutical companies or can even join research projects after successfully completing this degree.
