Respected sir i want to applying sub-inspector post please tell me how qualification ,physical fitness required there?.i also wanted to know the examination syllabus of indian sub-inspector.

Graduates can become Sub Inspector. You need to appear for state PSC exams so as to apply for the same. You can log in to the concerned PSC site and apply online. Higher age limit to apply for the same is 27 years. The examination syllabus will involve objective model questions like General reasoning, numerical ability, Language and writing skills, general intelligence and reasoning etc. Physical test and P.I will be conducted for those who clear written test.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the exams for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police.

Exam Date is 10th June 2013
Last date to apply is 12th April 2013

Education: Bachelors degree in any stream
Also Male candidates should have valid Driving license for Motor Cycle and Car

AGE-
Minimum age- 20 years
Maximum age- 25 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

>> General Knowledge and General Awareness
>> English Comprehension
>> Quantitative Aptitude

For applying to Police sub Inspector exam,you will have to appear in UPSC IPS Exam.For appearing in this exam the basic eligibility that you will required are :-

Educational qualification
~Graduation passed out in any discipline.

Age
~Your minimum age should be 21 years.
~Your age should not be above 30 years.

Age relaxations given to those candidates in this exam who comes under reserved category by the government of India
Age relaxations given are
~For OBC category - 3 years.
~For ST/ST Candidates - 5 years.
~For widows/Physically Handicapped - 5 years.

~Mains Exam
~Physical Fitness Test

Physical Fitness Requirement
~Minimum Height - 157.5 cms.
~Minimum Chest - 80 cms.
~Eye sight - 6/6 with correct vision .
~Do not have any Internal Injury/Problem.

Physical Fitness Exam
~Push Up.
~Running of 5 kms within 3 minutes.
~Jumping.
~Throwing.
~Hill Climbing.

NOTE :- There is attempt limit for appearing in this exam .Its details are as Follows
~For General - 4 times.
~For OBC - 7 times.

Syllabus for CSAT Exam :-
~This exam will include two sets.
~Each paper will be of 2 hours.
~Each paper will; be of 200 Marks.

I have filled wrong in application and submitted. Now how should I recorrect the application???
