Can i do fashion designing in abroad right after my BTech (CSE)?
and does it need GRE?

Yes, you can do fashion designing course even if you have B. Tech CSE qualification. NIFT conducts entrance exam for admission in these courses every year.

Studying fashion designing at UG level in India is more recommendable for Indians rather studying abroad at UG level.
One can go abroad for their masters level , if someone wants to specialise in one particular element .

All one needs is money and good portfolio , keep a budget of minimum 30 lacs for tution and then start making a fashion portfolio under the guidance of a career counselled.
