II Trimester
- Indian Constitutional Law
For the rest of the trimesters the course will cover various areas on Business Law and Human Rights Law. Various areas like ADR, Corporate Governance, Securities & Investment Laws, International Human Rights Law, Competition Law, Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, Human Rights & Indigenous People etc will be covered. There will be a dissertation in the sixth trimester.
Admission Procedure
The admission to LLM course is done on the basis of Common Law Entrance Test (CLAT) which is conducted on an annual basis. There will be only limited number of seats in this institute. Top priority will be given to students who are in the top of the rank list. The fees structure will be different for General category students as well as reserved category students. The total fees will include hostel fees as well.
