Kashmir University organizes entrance examination ever year in order to admit the qualified candidates for the M.A political science course. This university was started soon after the independence. The post graduate course in political science is a course under the faculty of Social Sciences.

Structure of University of Kashmir M.A in Politics Entrance Exam

The questions for the M.A in Politics Entrance examination is of objective type. The questions are structured in such a way that the candidates are provided with the option to choose the right answer from the given four alternate options. There will be a total of 60 questions. The candidate gets one mark for every right answer. ¼ marks are reduced for each wrong answer.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates those have passed B.A in the relevant subject with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks from the University of Kashmir or any other recognized universities are qualified to appear for the M.A in Politics entrance examination.

How to Apply?

The application forms for this exam can be procured from the sales counters of the Kashmir University by paying an amount of Rs.250/- against the application fees. The aspirants can obtain the application form from these sales counters on all the week days starting from the last week of February till the first week of March. Each prospectus contains a serial number. These serial numbers are used to generate the online application forms.

How to fill the Form?

Candidates are requested to read the instructions given in the website before filling the form. The candidates have to fill the application forms as per the given guide lines. All the entries to the application form should be made very carefully.
