University of Kashmir organizes M.Com Entrance Exam every year to admit students into Master of Commerce course offered in this University. This University also offers other courses as well.  The University organizes separate entrance for these courses also.

Structure of University of Kashmir M.Com Entrance Exam

The University of Kashmir conducts the entrance exam consisting of objective type questions with multiple choices. The question paper of this test will consist of a total of 60 questions that will be having one mark each. For each of the wrong ones, 0.25 marks are reduced as a penalty. The students will get most of the questions in this exam from the core subjects included in the under graduate program. The students have to finish the exam within 120 minutes.

Eligibility Criteria

The students should hold a graduate degree in Commerce or allied subjects from Kashmir University or from any of the other reputed Universities.  The Students who are studying in the final year of the concerned degree program are also allowed to apply for this Master’s program.

How to Apply?

The students can get the application form and also the admission brochure from any of the counters of this University on payment of Rs. 250/-as the fee.  The forms can also be accessed from the website of this University. In this mode, the students have to deposit the application fees in any of the specified branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. After filling these applications completely the same should be addressed to the Dean of Academic Affairs, University of Kashmir, Srinagar. The applications have to reach the correct address before the last date as mentioned in the test brochure.

How to fill the Form?

The application form for this test has to be filled accurately without any errors. The full name of the students and also their relevant personal details must be entered in the correct positions accurately. The qualification details that is mandatory to apply for this test must be specified in the exact positions carefully. There should not be any overwriting or scribbling in the application form. The students need to send the application form on the right time so that it reaches the correct address within the specified time.

The plan for test preparation should be properly set up a few months before this test. The plan should be very systematic and such that one should be able to cover up each and every topic at least 2 to 3 days before this test.
