Profile:
Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) was established under Section 14 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997. The major idead behind the establishment of the TDSAt was to protect the interests of service providers and consumers of the telecom sector and also to promote orderly growth of the telecom sector. The Appellate Tribunal actually came into the existence on May 29, 2000. Former Judge of Supreme Court of India, Mr. Suhas C. Sen, was appointed as the first Chairperson of the TDSAT.
Job Profile:
Candidates can apply for the various posts available in Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal on deputation basis.
Eligibility:
Candidates should be on Officers post in the Central/State Government/Courts/Tribunals for applying for the posts of Court Master, Administrative Officer and Assistant.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should posses a degree from any recognized university.

Pay Scale:
Court Master: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4800
Administrative Officer: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4800
Assistant: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4200
Selection Procedure:
Written examination and the personal interview constitute the selection process for the above speified posts available in TDSAT.
