Pay Scale: 16400-40500

Eligibility Requirement:

Educational Qualification: Educational qualification required for the position of Assistant Manager for each of the departments is given below:

Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical): Candidates must be Bachelor of Engineering/Technology degree holders or AMIE holders in the respective discipline with not less than 55% of marks.

HR: Candidates must be two-year Post Graduate Diploma holders or MBA degree holders in Personal management/HR/MSW degree holders with not less than 55% of aggregate marks. As an added qualification candidates with LLB degree will be given preference.

Finance: Candidates must be CA/ICWA or MBA finance holders with not less than 55% of marks.

Information Technology: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer science/information technology with not less than 55% of aggregate marks.

Experience: Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Manager, should have two-years Post Qualification experience in executive position with minimum one year in the next below grade in a reputed organization.

Age: Candidates must not be more than 30 years of age on the date of submission of application.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted and will be called for interview based on their experience, qualification and other parameters. Candidates who are performing well in the interview will be selected.
