International College of Financial Planning 2011 PG Diploma
International College of Financial Planning (ICoFP) conducts an admission process for admission to its Post Graduate Diploma programmes in Financial Planning and Security Analysis and training: PGDFP & PGDSAT. ICoFP was incorporated in 2002 and started providing PGDFP programme in 2004. It has centers in all the 4 major metro cities: New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai & Chennai. ICoFP is a prestigious institution for Finance Planning and after completing the courses at the institute students can expect to get the best placement opportunities in finance and allied sectors.
Candidates have to appear for a written test conducted by ICoFP: IET. Candidates who are shortlisted through IET are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates who have appeared in CAT/MAT can also apply through their scores.

Eligibility criteria:
A candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute. Candidates who belong to the reservation categories or are from the defense background earn a relaxation in the eligibility percentage criterion. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply. However these candidates have to provide the Certificate of Merit to the concerned authority of the Institute as and when required within a stipulated period of time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the seat of that respective candidate.

Candidates can also obtain the form by sending a request for the form along with a demand draft. Candidates can also apply online through the website www.icofp.org and the payment can be done through Credit Card.

Selection process:
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their CAT/MAT/IET scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for further selection process consisting of Personal Interview and Group Discussion. Final selection is based on candidate’s performance in CAT/MAT/IET, Personal Interview, Group Discussion, Academic Record, Work Experience & Extra Curricular Activities. IET is based on the same pattern as CAT.
