The EMPI School of Business was established in the year 1995. The EMPI Group of Institutions has been imparting quality management education to the students since then. The group prepares the candidates for the competitiveness of the global market and helps them achieve great success as an entrepreneur and manager.

To get admission to the institute candidates are required to fill in the application form of EMPI. There are some exemption and relaxation categories. Apart from those all the candidates are required to sit for exams like EMPI’s EMAT, AIMA’s MAT, IIM’s CAT, or Xavier’s XAT. The scores of the candidates in these exams are considered for giving admission. Exempted candidates can also sit for these tests to enhance their chances of admission.

However this is just a pre qualifying stage. After this the shortlisted candidates are required to go through the comprehensive Personality Assessment and Profiling Exercise of EMPI. This is held at the Personality Assessment Centre of EMPI. This is used for estimating the weaknesses and the strengths of the candidate.

After the pre qualifying test and GD/Interview the successful students are given direct admission. Those who require it are advised to go through the detailed study of the personal skills through the Personality Assessment and Profiling exercise.
