Shailesh Mehta school of Management is one of the parts of Indian institute of technology, Bombay which was established in 1995 with a motto to promote interdisciplinary learning and transforming professionals with technological field. The college was renamed in 2000 as Shailesh J Mehta School of Management in the honor of Dr. Shailesh J. Mehta who was a one of the alumnus of IIT Bombay. This management school offers various levels of programmes to the candidates.

The school is situated in Powai which is located 7 kms away from main Airport and 10 kms from domestic Airport. The school provides up-to-date library which consists of 337 audio visual materials, 514 Thesis and over 6638 books.
