Admission Procedure & Eligibility:
Detailed information regarding admission can be had from the Dean of the college every year during the month of May. But, every year out of the total number of seats for MBBS course, 15% of seats are reserved for Foreign/P.I.O/N.R.I students, while 85% of seats are payment seats. For DNB courses, candidates who have completed their preliminary examination with the college are eligible for admission and also students with degree or diploma in any field of medicine can also apply for these courses. For Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, candidates who have completed their B. Sc can apply.
Facilities at the college:
Some of the facilities associated with the campus of Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Medical College are central library with air cooler and vast collection of over 10000 books, 102 journals, book bank facility and computerized system for lending books. A 24-hour hospital is also attached to the college with all essential facilities.

My cousin has got the admission in DNB - Pediatrics at Punjabrao deshmukh college, Amravaqti. But after getting the admission he received the information that this course do not have the recognition. Kindly let me know that whether the course is recognised or approved by Govt. of India and Govt. of Gujarat? Can he practice any where in the world or atleastin India? Your answer should be quick as he has to pay the fees within a week.
Is this college is a govt. college or grant in aid college?
