The Agriculture sector in India has lots of employment opportunities for the students from the B.Sc Agriculture. The Bachelor of Agriculture is a under graduate program which is for a duration of 3 years. This course is offered by many universities in the country. As to join this course, the candidates need to pass 10+2 in the science stream. The candidates must have Biology as a core subject. The candidates must have more than 50% of marks in the +2. The candidates who have supplementary papers in the +2 are not allowed to join the course. The candidates must also have studied English as a compulsory subject in their 12th standard.

There are many specializations which student’s of B.Sc Agriculture can take up. Some of them are Agronomy, Agricultural Economy, Agricultural Biochemistry, Agricultural Meteorology and Physics. The students will also have an option to learn subjects like Genetics, Animal Science and Biotechnology, Instrumentation and Environmental Sciences. The jobs the candidate gets after the completion of the graduation will be allied with these specializations.

There are many private companies which recruits candidates from the Agriculture background.     dear sir,
    i am completed his b.tech ag from c.c.s.u. meerut. Iam goldmedilist from that university,but after coplition of his b.tech i have not be geting any job in U.P..WHY?
    There are no scope of that branche in U.P..
    PLEASE providing any job in that particular sector in U.P.
