1. Recruitment of Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):

Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 14500-25700 per month.

2. Recruitment of Officer Scale-II (Manager):
No. of posts: Only 8 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 19400-28100 per month.

3. Recruitment of Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager):
No. of posts: Only 1 post is available.
Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 25700-31500 per month.

4. Recruitment of Office Assistant (Multipurpose):

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent. Knowledge of Computer Skills is desirable for the post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 7200-19300 per month.

The prescribed amount of application fee must be submitted by the candidates with the help of payment challan. The payment challan can be easily downloaded from the official website of the Malwa Gramin Bank. The payment challan should be used to deposit the application fee in Malwa Gramin Bank or in State Bank of Patiala.

For the post of Officer Scale-I/II/III: Application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs. 500 only. SC/ST/PH/Ex-SM candidates are required to deposit only Rs. 100 as the application fee.

For the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs. 400 only. SC/ST/PH/Ex-SM candidates are required to deposit only Rs. 100 as the application fee.
