Acharya Nagarjuna University is one of the largest universities in the country providing the aspirants with higher education in various fields such as commerce, law, science, physical education, engineering, architecture and so on. The University conducts entrance exam at the national level every year for the admittance of candidates to its Master of Science course in Biotechnology.

Structure of Acharya Nagarjuna University M.Sc. Biotechnology entrance exam

The Acharya Nagarjuna University M.Sc. Biotechnology entrance exam will consist of 100 objective type multiple choice questions. There will be 3 sections – (i) Physical Sciences and Mathematics (ii) Agriculture and Veterinary Science and (iii) Life Sciences. 30 questions will be asked each from first 2 sections and 40 from the last section. The aspirants are required to attend all the 3 sections with in the prescribed time.

The candidates those who have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Physical / Biological Sciences / B.Sc. in Farm Science / B.Sc. Agriculture / B.V.Sc., / Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine or Pharmaceutical Sciences / B.E/ B.Tech are eligible to apply for the Acharya Nagarjuna University M.Sc. Biotechnology entrance exam.

How to Apply?

The application form can be directly obtained from various centres prescribed by the University on payment of Rs. 300/-. The application form can also be obtained via post for which the aspirants should send a request letter along with demand draft of Rs. 350/- to the concerned address. The application form along with computer data sheet, acknowledgement card, 3 stamped envelopes and attested photocopies of certificates have to be send before the due date.

How to fill the Form?

The application form has to be filled very carefully. The applicants are advised to refer the information brochure before filling the application form where all the necessary details are listed. Aspirants have to check whether all the columns are filled since any incomplete application will be rejected.
