Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan was established as an autonomous institute under the Government of India. The sangathan comes under the administrative control of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The sangathan mainlys aims to promote the associated schools and other offices for the betterment of the futures of the childrens. The sangathan performs the various operations such as initiating and promoting experimentation, developing spriti of national intergration among children etc. Mr. Avinash Dikshit is the present Commissioner of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

Job Profile:

Eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the following vacant officer and non teaching positions of Principal, Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, Assistant, Upper Division Clerk and Lower Division Clerk in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

1. Recruitment of Principal:
No. of posts: 50 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree with minimum 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Besides this, B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree is also needed.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 7600.

2. Recruitment of Administrative Officer:
No. of posts: 4 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized university with minimum 3 years experience on the supervisory post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.

3. Recruitment of Finance Officer:
No. of posts: 1 post is available.
Educational Qualification: B.Com with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Candidates should also possess minimum 4 years expeience as Accounts officer.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4600.

4. Recruitment of Assistant:
No. of posts: 79 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of experience as Upper Division Clerk. Knowledge of computer applications is also desirable for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4200.

5. Recruitment of Upper Division Clerk:
No. of posts: 75 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of experience as Lower Division Clerk. Knowledge of computer applications is also desirable for the post.Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 2400.

6. Recruitment of Lower Division Clerk:
No. of posts: 168 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: 12th passed from a recognized board. Candidates should have typing speed of atleast 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 1900.

Application Fee:

Application fee for the post of Principal, Finance Officer and Administrative Officer is Rs. 1200. No fee is to be paid for applying for the posts of Assistant, Upper Division Clerk and Lower Division Clerk. The fee should be deposited in any branch of Indian Bank Account Number 405046333, Mehrauli Institutional Area, New Delhi. The payment should be done through a Challan form or Electronic Transfer. No fee is to be paid by the SC/ ST/ Ex-SM/ PH candidates.

How to apply: Applications must be made online only at the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Candidates will be allowed to apply online from 14 February 2012 onwards.
