Admission procedure

Admission to undergraduate courses - Candidates who have completed their intermediate (10+2) with good marks are eligible to apply for these courses. Admission to these courses is based on the scores obtained in the qualifying exam. The institute conducts its own entrance test for the admission to career oriented courses. Entrance test will have question from higher secondary level.  Final selection to the courses will be based on special entrance test, interviews and academic records as per University norms.

Admission to Post Graduate Programmes - The college offers post graduate programmes to four disciplines. The institute considers the marks obtained by the candidate in their qualifying examinations for the admission process. Admission to MA Music is not strictly based on graduation in Music. Admissions are made on the basis of aptitude and skills of a candidate. Graduation with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks is the basic educational qualification required for other post graduate programmes. Candidates who have passed post graduate diploma in cartography with a minimum of second class marks are also eligible to apply for MA Geography.
