Graduation or Post graduation in respective subject with a minimum of first class marks is the minimum educational eligibility required for the post of Junior Executive in Airport Authority of India. Maximum age limit of applicant must be 27 years. Selection to this post is done on the basis of screening test, physical test and personal interview.

Eligibility Requirements for Junior Executives in AAI

Candidates who have completed Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized University in India are eligible to apply for the post of Junior Executives in Airport Authority of India. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 60 % marks in aggregate in under graduation and post graduation so as to be eligible. Candidates who have the qualifications such as CA/ ICWA/ Company Secretary require a mere pass in the qualifying examination.

Those who are more than 27 years at the time of application are not eligible to apply. Candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible to seek relaxation for a maximum of 5 years in upper age limit. For those who are in regular service of AAI, the upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years.

Engineering Civil: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering

Fire Services: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in any of the following subjects

• Fire Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Automobile Engineering

Finance: B.Com with ICWA / CA or MBA with specialization in Finance

Technical: B.Tech or BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Cargo: Bachelors’ Degree in Science and MBA or Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering

Human Resources: Graduation and MBA with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare

Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology in Computer Science/Computer Engineering / IT or MCA

Airport Operations: Graduation in Science and MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Commercial: Graduation and MBA with Specialization in Marketing

Law: Graduation in Law (3 year course after graduation or 5 year course after higher secondary course. Apart from this, candidates should be eligible to practice as advocate in courts in India.

Official Language: Master’s degree in Hindi or in English. Such candidates should have studied English or Hindi respectively as a subject at Degree level.

Selection Procedure

Recruitment to the post of Junior Executives in Airport Authority of India is done on the basis of written test, Physical measurement and endurance test conducted by the organization. Physical test will contain the following items.

• Ladder climbing
• Driving test

Candidates who qualify the written test and physical test will be called for final interview. Final selection will be on the basis of performance in interview, submission of documents and execution of the bond.
