Written test for Management Trainee (HR) is conducted in online mode covering questions on general awareness, verbal ability, reasoning, and HR. Exam Pattern for HAL Management Trainee (HR)

Written exam is conducted online in selected cities across the country. Time duration for completing the test is 2 and half hours. There will be three parts for this objective model test, Part I, Part II, and Part III. Part I includes 20 questions from current affairs and general awareness. In part II, there will be 40 questions related to English language and reasoning ability. Part III comprises of subject related questions of 100 numbers. Medium of the question paper will be English or Hindi. Candidate should specify their choice on this at the time of application submission itself.
