Prathama Bank has invited applications for the position of Office Assistant. Graduates with valid score in IBPS Common Written Exam conducted at September 2012 are eligible to apply. Selection will be done on the basis of IBPS score and personnel interview. Applications must be submitted online before 7th January 2013.

Eligibility Criteria for ‘Office Assistant’ in Prathama Bank

Degree from any of the recognized University is the basic qualification required. Such candidates must have studied Hindi as one of the subjects either at 10th or 12th. They must be proficient in regional language also. Age of the applicant must be between 18 and 28 years. OBC candidates can have 3 year age relaxation where as SC/ST candidates can have reduction in age up to 5 years.

Selection procedure for ‘Office Assistant’ in Prathama Bank

Selection of eligible candidates is done on the basis of their performance in the common written exam conducted by IBPS (for RRB) by September 2012. More precisely candidates who have qualified CWE entrance test can only apply for the selection process. Eligible candidate must have scored 19 or above marks in all the sections of Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English Language or Hindi Language, Computer Knowledge and general awareness. Reserved category candidates need to score at least 17 marks only.

Candidates short listed on the basis of IBPS score will be called for personnel interview.  The number of candidates short listed will be three times the number of available vacancies. Interview sessions will be conducted at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Exam venue and time of interview will be intimated to the e-mail of the candidate. Those who can get through this final section will be provided with job offer letter.
Those who are short listed for interview should reach the venue with application print out. Other than this, they must bring the following documents.

• Original Fee Payment Receipt
• IBPS Score card
• Attested copies of mark sheets (from 10th class to graduation)
• Photo identity

Application Procedure for ‘Office Assistant’ in Prathama Bank

Online applications must be submitted through the website of the bank, before 7th January 2013.  Application fees amounts to Rs. 100/-. This must be remitted directly to any of the branches of Prathama Bank or using net banking facility. After fee payment, candidate can start filling the online application form. Fee details, score obtained in IBPS exam, etc must be entered carefully while filling the application form. Filled up applications must be submitted after recheck.
