Application Process for OJEE 2013
In order to apply for Odisha Joint Entrance examination, candidates need to follow an online application procedure by logging in to their official website. Prior to the submission of online applications, it is necessary to deposit the application fees specified. There are options such as - Debit card or Credit card, Net Banking facility and Cash payment facility for fee payments. The online applications need to be filled in accurately by entering details correctly. After submission of the same, an online confirmation page will be generated. Candidates need to take printout of the confirmation page and send the same to the specified address via speed post before last date.
Fee Payment Details for OJEE 2013
As a first step of the application process, candidates need to pay the required application fees. The fee amount that is to be deposited for this exam is Rs 550/-. There are different modes of fee payment specified for this exam. It is essential for candidates to choose any of the specific application modes as follows –
- Debit card or Credit card (Visa/ Master/ Maestro cards)
- Net Banking facility via online gateway payment mode
- Cash payment through any of the branches of Syndicate Bank or State Bank of India via system generated E - Challan form
It is compulsory for candidates to check the validity of the credit or debit card before fee payment. Those candidates who have chosen cash payment mode through E challan form, needs to keep the application number, name and address of bank together with branch code and Journal number for submitting online applications.
Detailed Application Procedure for OJEE 2013
- An online application procedure needs to be followed to apply for OJEE. The online application process starts only after submitting the required application fees through any of the chosen mode of payment.
- As a first step of submitting applications, it is essential for candidates to log in to the official website. The detailed instructions for filling the application forms are given in the information brochure in the website. It is necessary for candidates to fill the online applications by entering all details accurately.
- Upon filling required details about educational qualifications, marks, date of birth, fee payment details, e-mail id, and postal address, candidates can submit the online forms.
- After online submission, an application number along with a confirmation page of online application form will be generated. It is possible to check the status of their application by logging in to the site using the application ID number and date of birth as password.
- Candidates need to put his/her signature in specified space in the confirmation page along with a passport size photograph in the allotted space and send the same via speed post or registered post to the following address - Chairman, Odisha Joint Entrance Examination-2013, JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Khandagiri, DIST- Khurda. Bhubaneswar, within the last date.
For future references, candidates need to retain at least 4 print out copies of confirmation page (of online application form), speed post slip, fee payment proof and 7 identical copies of photographs pasted in the confirmation page of online applications send
