Campus Placement Procedure for Fidelity
Campus selection process for Fidelity comprises of written test, technical interview and HR interview. Both technical as well as aptitude questions are asked for the written test. Fresh engineering graduates in stream of Information Technology, Computer Science, or ECE can participate in the written test. They should have a minimum of 70-80% marks in graduation and 80% marks in 10th and 12th class. Sound technical skills as well as communication skills are also preferred for the applicant.
Eligibility Criteria for Campus Placement in Fidelity
Fresh engineering graduates as well as final year students are usually considered for campus in Fidelity. B.E/B.Tech degree must be obtained in any of the following streams.
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Electronics and Communication
Apart from educational qualifications, candidates must hold certain cut off marks. The cut off marks required for graduation falls within the range of 70-80%. Such candidates need to hold a minimum of 80% marks in 10th and 12th class. Other than these conditions, students must be free of back papers at the time of submitting application. Sound technical skills as well as communication skills are preferred for the applicant.
Campus Selection Process in Fidelity
Campus selection for Fidelity is made through a three stage process.
- Aptitude Test
- Technical Interview
- Managerial HR
For aptitude test, there will be a total of 30 questions (on technical and aptitude questions). Total time allotted for answering the test is 45 minutes. First 18 questions are asked from aptitude section and the later 12 from technical section. Cut off marks are there to qualify each of the sections. Questions on aptitude are asked from the following topics

- Speed
- Compound interest
- Distance
- Probability
- Profit and Loss
- Ratio and proportion
- Sum
- Time and work
- Work and Time
Technical questions are asked from the following sessions
- C
- C++
- Java
- Unix
- Data Structure
- RDBMS Concepts
Those who clear the aptitude test are shortlisted for technical interview. Questions on C, C++, data structures, etc are asked in this section. Candidates should answer questions in clear and precise manner to clear technical interview session.
Final round of selection process is managerial HR. In this section, candidate can expect usual HR questions like self introduction, career plans, and hobbies. The perception on the company (Fidelity) and reason for choosing Fidelity for building career are other questions that can be expected from the side of management. The overall performance of the candidate, from first round to last round is considered during final selection.
