B.Tech, BBA, BCA, M.Tech, MCA, and MBA are the courses offered at Narula Institute of Technology. Admission to B.Tech is given for HSC passed candidates with a valid score in JEE (Main) or WB JEE and to diploma holders with a good score in JELET. Admission Process in Narula Institute of Technology

HSC passed candidates having obtained at least 45% marks (in aggregate) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics can apply. Such candidates must have obtained a minimum of 30% marks in English. They should have secured a valid score in JEE (Main) or WB JEE.

The institute also offers lateral entry admissions to second year of engineering degree. Those who have completed diploma in the concerned subject or B.Sc with mathematics as a subject in 12th can apply. The qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 50% marks. Apart from this, eligible candidate should have cleared JELET also.

Aspirants having studied English as a subject in HSC (General or Vocational Stream) can apply for BBA course. BCA course can be pursued by those who have completed 12th class with English and at least one of the following subjects.

  • Business Mathematics
  • Computer Application
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics

Fifty percent admissions to BBA and BCA course are done on the basis of 12th class marks and the rest through CET stated in WBUT guideline.

Engineering graduates in the respective subject can apply for M.Tech courses offered at the institute. Candidate’s performance in GATE or Post Graduate Entrance Test (PGET) by WBUT is considered for admission. Those with a valid score in WB JECA can seek admission to MCA course. Such candidates should be a graduate who have studied Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science as subjects. Bachelor degree holders with a good score in MAT / JEMAT/CMAT can seek admission to MBA programme.
