The steel it produces are basically used for the domestic construction, engineering, power, railway, automotive, and defense industries. The SAIL offers a range of steel products, including hot and cold rolled sheets and coils, galvanized sheets, electrical and many more.
Job Profile: The post for which the candidates are applying is Operator-Cum-Technician (Trainee).One must have a good dedication toward work and must be able to work in team.
Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering in any one of the following disciplines (Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy/Electronics/Chemical/Civil)
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Vacancy: 50
Pay Scale: During this period a consolidated stipend of Rs. 7,500/- Per Month will be paid during 1st year and Rs. 8,500/- Per Month during 2nd year
How to apply: The candidate need to sent all the attested / Self Attested Photocopies of all academic and professional Qualifications, proof of date of Birth (Matric/High School Certificate) and the certificate of caste along with the photograph which needs attestation .The certificates has to be only in two languages, English and Hindi .The cost of application form is Rs 250 for general category whereas SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from application fees. The last date for the application form to reach the respective office is 30th November, 2009.

I’m working with SAIL ISP BURNPUR. as an OCT. Can you plse send me information about my job/working responsibilitis so that I can perform well.We are working in byproduct of coke oven 10 no.battery, still contractors have not handed over the plant.I’m willing to know these limitations becous according to our executives “we have to do every thing which they order to do.”
Sir I personally feel that development of this company will make our country proud in Internationational market. This deram become sucsess only if installation of the plant is best in turms of men and quality of material used in the system.
